We provide consultations for families who have a loved one diagnosed with a memory disorder.

We will assist in helping to better understand your loved ones disease diagnosis and processes.

We will educate on the best methods in which to communicate and interact with your loved one.

What does meaningful memory care offer?

Creating meaningful engagement and improving quality of life for individuals living at home with cognitive changes.

Homecare Planning

We will assist in obtaining and interviewing homecare personnel. We will train caregivers in home to improve care and quality of life for those living with memory care disease. Home safety assessment and coordination of physical environment and/or physical therapy with MD.

Memory Care Resources

We will assist in providing resources for families to educate themselves, empower and enhance and the care of their loved one.

We can assist families in locating local programs offered outside the home as well as facilities specialized in memory care, should those needs arise.

Networking & Referrals

We can also provide networking and referral services for bookkeeping / accounting, legal / financial advisors, and eldercare planning.

Family Support

We can also provide individualized self care programming for families and caregivers to help them to balance the demands and challenges of caregiving for those with a memory disorder.
